Our civilization is being challenged by a ruthless, deceitful enemy who understands only brute force against him. He cannot be reasoned with or negotiated with. He must be defeated. Frankly, I doubt that the Howard Dean or John Kerry wing of the Democratic leadership has the stomach for a battle to save our civilization.
